Spring Indoor Triathlon
YOUTH, ADULTS and TEAMS!
Get ready to make a splash at our YMCA INDOOR TRIATHLON!
This epic showdown is your ticket to push those limits and compete for the title of Beckley’s Triathlon Speedster!
Prepare to DIVE, SPIN, and DASH your way to glory! Your race kicks off at your command, and you cross that finish line whenever you feel like it—just don’t dawdle! Aim to be the first across all three categories!
Start at any station you fancy and hop over to the next once you’ve conquered the first. You’ve got a generous 10-minute breather to transition (and nope, that doesn’t count against your time)!

Your start time will be assigned to you upon registration. All start times will be between 9am and 2pm.
First, Second and Third place awards will be given to each category.
All pre-registrations will receive a Special Edition T-Shirt!

Adults (Ages 15 and up) - Individual and Team Registration
Here’s the game plan:
INDIVIDUALS \ TEAM:
(these two categories are not competing against one another)
- Swim 750 Meters (that’s 15 laps in the pool!)
- Cycle 20 Kilometers (12.4 miles in our Cycling Room)
- Run 5K (3.10 miles on the treadmill)
TEAM (3 Participants – all must be age 15+ and register under Adult category individually)

Youth (Ages 8 to 14)
Here’s the game plan:
- Swim 150 Meters (that’s 3 laps in the pool!)
- Cycle 3.2 kilometers (thats 2 miles in our Cycling Room)
- Run 1 mile (1 mile on the track)
Your start time will be assigned after registration.
