Learn-To-Swim lessons are 45 minute classes comprised of three main components: personal growth, personal saftey, and stroke development.This stage provides participants with a logical, four-level progression that helps students of varying abilities develop their swimming and water safety skills.  Students progress to the next level upon mastering the skills of their current level of swimming.

School-Age Progressive Levels
Level 1: Polliwog – for beginners with few independent swimming skills.
Level 2: Guppy – for kids comfortable in deep water to continue independent swim skill development.
Level 3: Minnow – students who can swim one length front and back crawl refine their strokes and learn side breathing.
Level 4: Fish – build endurance, improve basic stroke technique, and start learning butterfly.
Level 5: Flying Fish – students build endurance on all six strokes and begin learning bilateral breathing and turns.
